Our Story

A Family. A Faith. A Purpose.

Holy Spirit Wear didn't begin with a business plan or a dream of building a clothing company. It began with a father, his two sons, and a desire to create something meaningful for their future.

As a father of a son with autism, I've spent countless hours thinking about what life will look like for him as he gets older. Like any parent, I want him to have opportunities, develop skills, find purpose, and experience the pride that comes from doing something meaningful.

One of my biggest hopes was to create something he could eventually be part of a business where he could learn at his own pace, develop computer and design skills, help manage orders and emails, and perhaps one day have a job he could truly call his own.

That hope planted the first seed for Holy Spirit Wear.

But there was another part of our family's story that helped give this idea its direction.

My older son has developed a strong relationship with his faith and has been actively involved in our church for several years. One moment in particular has stayed with me.

While I was coaching his football team, one of his teammates suffered a serious injury. An ambulance was called, and as everyone gathered around, my son stepped forward and led his teammates in prayer.

For nearly a minute and a half, he prayed for his injured friend.

As a father, watching my son have the courage and compassion to openly share his faith during such a difficult moment was something I'll never forget.

It reminded me that faith isn't just something we talk about in church on Sundays. It's something we carry into our everyday lives, onto football fields, into classrooms, through difficult moments, and into the lives of the people around us.

And that's when the idea behind Holy Spirit Wear began to take on a greater meaning.

What if we could create something that combined an opportunity for my sons future with a message inspired by the faith and courage I'd witnessed in his brother?

Something that could encourage others, start conversations, and remind people that even the simplest expression of faith can make a difference.

While the inspiration began with my two boys, Holy Spirit Wear is truly a family story.

My daughter, currently in college studying graphic design and marketing, brings a fresh perspective to the brand. She's someone I regularly turn to for advice on designs, creative ideas, and marketing. Having her involved makes the journey even more rewarding.

And then there's my wife — the hardest-working person I know.

Despite owning and operating her own business and balancing the demands of everyday life, she always finds time to serve others. She's deeply involved in our church, leads a small group of young women, and generously gives her time to organizations, charities, and several boards, especially those supporting individuals with autism.

Her dedication to our family, her faith, and our community is a constant reminder of what truly matters. She doesn't just talk about making a difference. She lives it.

Together, our family has helped shape what Holy Spirit Wear stands for.

We're not trying to build just another apparel brand. We want to create something with meaning — something that reflects our faith, our family, and our belief that everyone has a purpose.

Every shirt and sweatshirt we design carries a message. Sometimes it's about strength. Sometimes it's about grace, hope, or trusting God through life's challenges.

And sometimes it's simply a reminder that you're loved.

Our hope is that these messages reach people when they need them most. Maybe they start a conversation, offer encouragement, or inspire someone to share their own faith.

And as Holy Spirit Wear continues to grow, my greatest hope is that it becomes more than a business. I hope it becomes something our family can continue building together, while giving my son opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow.

We also hope to use Holy Spirit Wear as another way to give back, setting aside a portion of our proceeds to support charities and causes that are close to our family's hearts.

Because at the end of the day, this was never just about clothing.

It was about family, faith, opportunity, and creating something that matters.

From our family to yours, thank you for being part of our story.
